Health coaching helps to regain clarity and explore practical actions which improve general health conditions, emotional wellbeing, and stress resilience.

 

Certain periods in life can be challenging and exhausting - up to the point that we reach our individual limits. The demands of everyday modern life or physical and emotional concerns can make people feel sick, overwhelmed, and stressed. Small changes can have a major positive impact!

My approach

  • Holistic - Nature works through balance. We can use the concepts of macrobiotics and the five energy transformations to create health and inner balance. This holistic approach has been found helpful to boost the immune system and emotional wellbeing, lose weight, face challenges of menopause, support the recovery after surgeries or accidents, get relief from skin, digestive and respiratory problems or acidity and chronic inflammations, and help tackle overall depletion and tiredness.

An initial full health coaching session takes around 90 minutes. Ideally followed by at least two further sessions of around 20 minutes each to help with questions, review progress and provide further information or recommendations as required. 

 

The fee for an initial, 90-minute session is 90 Euro . This includes your initial session, recommendations, action and menu plans including recipes. The follow up sessions are based on an hourly fee of 80 Euro , minimum rate 40 Euro . 

 

Ongoing advice: A 80 Euro fee will apply to each new 1-hour session.

 

All fees are payable in cash or by bank transfer.

 

Special starter package: for an overall fee of 150 Euro, you receive an initial online session of about 90 minutes, recommendations, action and menu plans including recipes and two follow up sessions of 20 minutes to help with questions, review on progress and provide further information or recommendations as required.

 

Cancellation policy: For a full refund, cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the session. Session which are cancelled at a later stage will be invoiced.

 

My online sessions: We will arrange a date and time for your initial online advice. A typical first Zoom, teams or WhatsApp session takes an hour followed by two further sessions of around 20 minutes each.
