If you seek for inspiration and practical guidance to boost your everyday food routine and turn wholefoods into colourful and tasty dishes, this abonnement is your thing! This is also a great gift for family and friends!

 

We will be using whole grains, vegetables, beans, tofu and tempeh, sea vegetables, seeds and nuts, fruits and natural sweeteners to create delicious healthy dishes. We will not be using any dairy, refined sugar, meat or fish. 

 

As a subscriber you receive:

  • Each week 2 recipes for balanced plant-based dishes inspired by the season and applicable for various occasions. Get your weekly inspiration for quick meals that you can integrate in your daily routine, party food, sushi, family dinners, desserts and cakes, healthy breakfast, and much more. All recipes are shared with you via email in German, English and French. 

  • Once a month a max. 20 min video where Sabine shows step-by-step how to prepare a dish and shares plenty practical tips and skills! Each video will cover a specific dish or ingredients like seavegetables or plant-based proteins. 

 


Practical information

  • Price per month: 20 Euro per person (reduction on request e.g. for students)
  • Minimum duration is 3 months, starting at the beginning of the month. The abonnement will continue automatically for the next months unless cancelled via a short mail message by the 15th of each month.
