My cooking is inspired by a modern macrobiotic approach which values sustainably sourced ingredients and is free from dairy products and refined sugar. Each class is fun, creative and informative! Based on the recipes and Sabine's practical teaching, you will immediately be to able to cook and create new meals at home!
